I am a client of Burlington Telecom both at home and at my office. At home we use BT services for both phone and data. With two teenage children, we are often streaming 3 videos at the same time and have never had bandwidth issues. Additionally, in the years that I have been BT customer at home, I have NEVER had a service issue that has required me to call BT. As a business customer at Tippson IS, I have used BT for data service and the bandwidth and reliability at my office just off Church Street has been just as reliable. Additionally, BT did not originally serve my building but they were able to bring fiber into my office within a couple weeks of my contacting them.
